We built Hourvio for design studios where revision three on the identity project competes with the kickoff for a new brand, and both need to land inside the same week. Billable hours run against client projects, non-billable hours cover new business and internal initiatives, and the studio lead has to see utilization across the team without chasing timesheets on Friday afternoon.
Hourvio organizes the studio the way designers already think. A project bundles tasks, members, a client, a budget, and a rate card. The timer captures time against the right deliverable or round of revisions, the billable flag splits client work from new business automatically, and the utilization report shows per-designer percentages so the lead can load-balance before the week goes sideways.
