Run the one-click timer against a client project, type into the weekly grid after a focus block, or add manual entries for work you already did. Every entry carries a description, a billable flag, and the rate that was effective at creation, so nothing gets lost between the work and the invoice.

Pull unbilled billable hours into a branded PDF invoice filtered by client and date range. Pick one of five invoice templates, apply your letterhead, edit the line items if you need to, and finalize. The PDF is snapshotted and hashed so every future reprint matches the original exactly.

At the end of the quarter or the year, run the summary or detailed report for the period, pick the columns you need, and export to CSV and Excel. Active filters are preserved, so the file matches exactly what you saw on screen for the tax authority or your accountant.
