The Free plan covers up to five users with timer, weekly grid, calendar sync, and basic reports — enough for a founding team to run for months. When the team grows past five, Starter unlocks unlimited users, advanced reports, and exports for €4.99 per user per month. Professional adds invoicing, PDF generation, time off, approvals, and billable and cost rates at €9.99 per user per month when revenue starts flowing in.
