Vacation and leave without the spreadsheet
Requests, approvals, accruals, balances, holiday calendars, and company closures in one module that knows who is away and why.
Leave management that is part of the product, not an add-on
We built time off as a first-class module alongside time tracking, not a spreadsheet you keep on the side. Two policies ship ready to go on day one — vacation and sick leave — and every request, approval, rejection, and cancellation is stored with the reviewer, the timestamp, and the note that explains it.
Balances update automatically as requests are approved. Accruals run on a schedule. Holidays and company vacation days appear on everyone's timeline. The team capacity view already knows who is out before anyone books work. No parallel HR tool, no monthly reconciliation, no lost days at year end.
Time off lives on the Professional plan together with invoicing, approvals, and budgets, so finance and HR get one honest per-user price for a full operations workspace.
Vacation and sick leave out of the box
Two policies are configured from day one and can be extended with custom classifications, approval rules, and group scoping.
Automatic balance tracking
Current balance, yearly entitlement, used, remaining, and pending consumption update on every approval without any manual edits.
Accruals on a schedule
Monthly, biweekly, or yearly accruals credit balances automatically. Configure the amount, the start date, and whether negative balances are allowed.
Holiday calendars
Define holidays for any country or region. Holidays block capacity across scheduling and attendance reports.
Company vacation days
Mark an office closure or a year-end shutdown once and it applies to everyone's capacity, timeline, and reports.
Cancellation workflow
Users can request to cancel approved future leave. Managers approve the cancellation and the balance is released without manual edits.
Approval chains per group
Route requests to a role, a specific list of people, or the direct supervisor. Different groups can use different approval rules.
Full request history
Every request keeps its reviewer, timestamps, status changes, and notes. Rejection notes travel back to the author inside the app.
Policies scoped per group
Assign policies to specific user groups. Different teams can use different leave rules inside the same workspace.
CSV and Excel export
Export filtered requests, balances, and history to CSV or multi-sheet Excel for payroll and HR partners.
Request, review, and approve in one place
A user picks a policy, dates, and duration, and submits the request. The reviewer sees it immediately in the pending queue with full context — who is asking, how much balance they have, which projects they are on, and every past request. Approve, reject with a note, or ask for changes; the balance moves, the timeline updates, and the requester is notified without a single email.
- Submit with policy, dates, duration, and an optional note
- Pending queue shows full context for every request
- Approve, reject with a note up to two thousand characters
- Rejection notes return to the requester inside the app
- Managers can submit on behalf of a team member who missed it
- Reviewers see their assigned requests only, no inbox noise
Accruals that match your HR policy
Configure accrual rules per policy: how much is credited, how often, when the clock starts, and whether negative balances are allowed. Balances credit automatically on the schedule you set. Year-end entitlement resets can be configured per policy, so vacation days carry over differently from sick leave, and unused amounts follow your rules instead of ours.
- Monthly, biweekly, or yearly accrual cycles per policy
- Configurable accrual amount and start date
- Allow or block negative balances, with a threshold
- Per-policy balances so vacation and sick leave are tracked separately
- Year-end entitlement resets configurable per policy
- Background job runs accruals automatically on schedule
Company vacation days and holiday calendars
Define the holidays that apply to your team, for any country or region. Mark a year-end shutdown once and it shows on every user's timeline, blocks capacity in scheduling, and appears in attendance reports without a single manual notification. Holiday calendars and company vacation days sit alongside individual requests in the same timeline view.
- Add holidays for any country or region
- Define your own holidays with fixed dates per country or region
- Company vacation days for office closures and year-end shutdowns
- Holidays and closures appear on every user's timeline
- Blocked capacity propagates to scheduling and reports
- Filter the timeline by date range or user group
